How to apply View Rentals
We want every tenancy to feel settled and looked after. Routine inspections are carried out with plenty of notice, maintenance requests are handled promptly through our team, and we’re always reachable when something comes up. Your bond is held in accordance with NZ tenancy law, and your lease will clearly set out everything you need to know before you sign.
You can apply online through our website or via a rental listing platform. A full application, including references and proof of income, is required.
Rent typically covers the use of the property, but utilities (power, internet, etc.) are usually separate unless stated otherwise in the lease.
Tenants can report maintenance issues through our online portal or by contacting us directly.
